FALSE: MATIANG’I DID NOT ORDER DP RUTO TO RESIGN

A day after NTV airing a story claiming that matiang’i had order deputy president William Ruto to resign on 19th August 2020 at 9PM.

The story made Kenyans to react differently and some taking it on twitter congratulating one of them being Steve Ogolla @ SteveOgollaW  “CS Matiang’i is doing a great job. But to have Matiang’i ask DP Ruto to resign from government is the kind of RARE BRAVELY that demoralizes the right minded. Ruto put this government together, even if we don’t like him, right now.”

However, through the statement sent to the newsroom matiangi refuted the claims that he asked DP William Ruto to resign are false and malicious.

Consequently, Dr. Matiang’i has instructed his lawyers to take legal action against a local TV station for what it terms as misreporting
