Kapsaret MP Oscar Sudi is set to face two counts of hate speech and an additional charge on offensive conduct,when he appears in court on Monday.This comes a day after his arrest by the police when he presented himself at the Kapseret Sub-County Police headquarters,from where he was flown to Nakuru using a police helicopter.
Sudi,has however remained adamant on his refusal to apologize for remarks targeting President Uhuru Kenyatta’s family,saying that Kenya does not belong to them.
