A post has recently been going round on WhatsApp,with the claim that it is from KFC company.

KFC,whose full name is Kentucky Fried Chicken,is a leading chicken and fries eatery around the world.

According to it,the company was celebrating its birthday and was for that reason,offering free barrels to 3,000 families.

The message,which was forwarded to several personal accounts and groups on WhatsApp,gave a list of directives on how to get the offer.

However,this is not true,as KFC is not holding any such offers.

Mtaani Radio fact check desk also noted that the link,which was shared on the post,is not even KFC’s.

The KFC website link is jfood.kfc.co.ke.
