The Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) has brought with it so much,including meetings,launches and interviews to discuss the same.

Recently,a poster bearing the Deputy President William Ruto’s photo trended in so many social media platforms,with Whatsapp being the major medium.

As per the poster,the Deputy President was on Tuesday set to meet youths from  Mathare,Kibera and Dagoretti areas,the agenda of the meeting being BBI Youth Consultation.

Other leaders that were scheduled to attend the meeting were Nixon Korir and John Kiarie,who were also stated as the contact persons in case of an inquiry regarding the meeting,phone numbers alleged to be theirs  having been printed on the poster.

An allowance of 20,000 shillings for each attendee was also stated,making the meeting mouth watering but at the same time,also questionable.

Mtaani Radio fact check desk contacted Dagoretti South MP,John Kiarie to get to know the authenticity of the matter,since he was one of the contact persons of the meeting.However,it turned out to be fake.
