Nairobi Governor,Mike Sonko, earlier this week posted on his Facebook page, congratulating the president,Uhuru Kenyatta and Saddam Hussein for ensuring that Pipeline Embakasi South Constituency was being cleaned.
One of the images shared was of a dumpsite near a residential place.
However, hours after Sonko’s post, there was another post by a Facebook user, but with contradicting captions. There were also two images appearing to have been merged into appearance, one of them being the image that had been shared by Sonko while the other, which was also bearing Sonko’s name, was not a congratulatory message.
The image, which had been merged with Sonko’s image of the cleaning process, was of words which had surfaced in 2017 when it was alleged that Mike Sonko had poured human waste at Jacaranda gardens, where ODM leader Raila Odinga was set to meet his supporters.
