The National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) has relocated its headquarters from Hill Park Building to 316 Upper Hill Chambers, along 2nd Ngong Avenue.
In a tweet update on Sunday eveving, the authority notified the public that ‘’the new offices will be at the 316 Upper Hill Chambers, along 2nd Ngong Avenue, Upper Hill Nairobi’’.
“Effective Monday, 28th June 2021, NTSA Headquarters will be relocated from Hill Park Building to the 316 Upper Hill Chambers, along 2nd Ngong Avenue, Nairobi,” NTSA said in a tweet.

The move comes three weeks after NTSA announced the resumption of services after it had closed down its online portal for a system upgrade and maintenance. However, for those in need of Motor Vehicle and Motorcycle registration, they will be attended to at Likoni Road Motor Vehicle Inspection Centre, Industrial Area, Nairobi.
“This is to enable all users to interact, familiarize themselves with the system and undergo scheduled virtual training sessions,” said the authority.
NTSA is the regulatory body for the road transport sector in Kenya and its mandated to harmonize the operations of the key road transport departments, help in effectively managing the road transport sector, regulate public service vehicles, advise the Government on national policy with regard to the road transport sector and develop or implement road safety strategies.
