There has been a post circulating on facebook claiming tha Ugandan musician bebe cool experienced a bomb blast
According to investigation done by Mtaani radio newsrooms the facebook post with a screenshot of a Bukedde TV broadcast in Uganda claiming musician Moses Ssali survived the 24 October 2021 bomb blast at a pork joint in Uganda is false.

Ssali, better known by his stage name Bebe Cool, holds his right cheek in the screengrab.
“Bebe Cool survived a bomb blast at a pork joint,” reads the text on the screenshot containing a Bukedde TV logo. The screenshot further claims the bomb blast occurred at Kyanja.
Accordint to Mtaani radio investigation,the screenshot is fabricated. The lower third font and logo of authentic Bukedde TV broadcasts are different as seen on the media outlet’s facebook page.
Contrary to the claim in the post, there has not been any report about Bebe Cool surviving a bomb blast at a pork joint either from him or his closest people.
Bebe Cool told different media houses by telephone after being called that he has no knowledge about the claim circulating on social media.
“These are false allegations that I have no idea about,” he said.
On 24 October 2021, a bomb blast occurred at Digida, an eatery in Kawempe Division, Kampala killing one person and injuring several others.
