According to the latest survey released by TIFA, President William Ruto’s UDA is the most popular political party in the country, with 45 percent of respondents expressing support for it.
The poll, which was conducted between March 11 to 19, 2023, interviewed 2,065 respondents in face-to-face interviews conducted at the household level in Swahili and English. The poll had a margin of error of ±2.12%.
Following UDA, Opposition Leader Raila Odinga’s ODM was the second most popular party at 28 percent, while a considerable proportion of Kenyans declined to identify or express support for any party.
Retired President Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee party ranked third with 5 percent, followed by Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper party at 2 percent. Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi’s ANC came in at one percent.
