High Court declines to suspend sections of the Finance Act. All petitions have been consolidated.
The court said any petitioner who wishes to amend can do so by August 10. The replies are also to be filed and replies be filed seven days by August 17 and supplementary affidavits by August 24.
They must not exceed 10 pages.
