The photo is of a village in Ticino, Switzerland.

This photo shared on Facebook supposedly showing an estate in Homa Bay, Kenya is FALSE.

Homa Bay Town is the headquarters of Homa Bay County in the south-western part of the country.

The image shows a group of houses located in what appears to be hilly terrain.

To verify the photo, Mtaani Radio did a Google reverse image search and established that the picture is of a village in Switzerland.

The photo of the village was published by stock photo sites such as Dreamstime, Alamy and Shutterstock.

All the three publications indicated that the picture is of an ancient village in Ticino, Switzerland and not Homa Bay.
