Dagoretti South residents yesterday echoed their priority developments programme that the Nairobi County Govt must implement through the County Fiscal Strategy paper CFSP, at public participation meeting held at Waithaka Social Hall.
The Nairobi County 2024/25 budget projections for the medium and long term financial year.
The residents in their input and top of the agenda echoed their concerns over the unfinished projects by the defunct NMS which they described as ghost projects and avenues of siphoning taxes paid by the residents.
They decried the lack of water in all the wards.
Completion of County road projects especially in Ngando that has been abandoned by previous Governers despite allocation of resources.
The need to have a health facility to cater for Riruta /Ngando residents.

A bus terminus at Kabiria as well as designated bus stops to ease conjestion.
Residents to be involved in oversighting the proposed Ward Development Fund meant for the MCAS
They however raised their concern over the proposal of setting up the West Borough headquarter at Waruku since its situated in a grave yard.
The Dagoretti Land Owners added that they have already petitioned the Governer to have the borough headquarters at the abandoned NMS building at the DCC grounds in Riruta since it will be accessible by residents from Dagortti south, Dagoretti North, Westlands sub counties seeking county services
